Self-care.
Its super important, guys!
Since about December, I’ve been forced to slow down and take care of myself more. It’s been hard, but I’m seeing the results and have been feeling amazing!
But I’m one of those people that can’t just put on sweatpants and go workout. NOoooo, I want to look cute (or at least feel cute) while sweating my butt off. ha!
I’ve tried a bazillion brands since December, and two clear winners have come out on top!
Zella
These leggings and bras are workhorses! They come a few colors and prints but the best part is that they are bend-over proof and they STAY PUT! They also look good enough to wear as regular leggings and they hold up to lots of use and lots of washes!
I have these…
Meditate High Waist Crop Leggings
Print Slick High Waist Leggings
Flex Sports Bra currently 39$ or 2 for 68$
Fabletics
The company founded by Kate Hudson makes super cute workout clothes and matching outfits that help motivate me to get to working. I don’t feel like a slob heading to Starbucks afterwards for my coffee reward. (That’s totally a thing!)
I have really enjoyed the prints and have only not liked the jacquard material because it feels like I’m wearing a sweater on my legs and that makes working out SO HOT. And not in the Paris Hilton way. ha!
You can become a Fabletics VIP member and get 2 leggings for 24$ plus new pieces at the beginning of each month for 49$. They discount certain sets just for this occasion and I may or may not have gone hog wild. Or you can buy from the website like normal.
Here are my very favorite pieces:
Other random accessories that I’ve found I needed:
6-Pack Trefoil Superlite No Show Socks are nice and thick and are awesome for running!
Full Toe Gripper Socks have been great for Barre!
Originals Big Logo Backpack to hold all my barre essentials!
Do you have a go-to brand of workout clothing? I’d love to hear about your favorites! As you can see, I’ve gathered quite the collection since December! What do you think of Zella and Fabletics?

This post contains affiilate links, but I am far to opinionated to not give an honest review. If it’s crap, I’ll tell you!
I have tinkered with the idea of joining Fabletics…so many adorable pieces and pretty prints. But I really can’t afford the commitment since I am not working. I am a size 10 or large in activewear and like feeling pretty when I workout. I know Fabletics would be the perfect solution for fit and attractiveness. Maybe my ship will come in soon.

haha! Yes, I will pray your ship comes soon! However, I’ve heard super great things about Target’s workout line!
