I usually love to go out on a date for Valentine’s Day. I’m sappy kind of girl who wants to be wined and dined… Until this year. The Olympics are on, didn’t you hear? ha! I told you I was Olympic crazy. I don’t want to go anywhere because I don’t want to miss a single game!
Which is kind of funny because we are not a sports family. But I suddenly become one during the Olympic games. But I digress!
This year, we’re staying home to watch the Olympics, are going to order heart shaped pizzas from Papa Murphy’s, and CHILL. So the following is some Valentine’s Date Night At Home Inspiration courtesy of Pinterest!
Firstly, any date night for me must begin with coffee!
This year, our Valentine’s Date will include binge-watching the Olympics!
On a regular night, I just love to sit and read with him!
However, he just LOVES board games. I think he could talk me into playing a couple with him for a fun date night!
And, if we’re going to exchange gifts, I think going full-on nerdy is the best! (At least for us!)
And since we’re going to be home there’s no real reason to dress way up! I think a pair of fuzzy socks and a comfy outfit would be perfect!
I already know we’re getting heart shaped pizzas for dinner!
And of course flowers and chocolates!
What are your plans for tonight?? If you need more Valentine’s Inspiration, please visit my Pinterest boards: Date Night At Home Inspo and Valentine’s Outfit Inspo! Today doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated and many of these ideas would totally work for a Galentine’s Day get-together too!

So glad to see more of you again. What a great weekend you have planned. I had no idea the Olympics had begun…what on the 4th? Thank you for cluing me in. Sometimes I think I live under a rock. Now that I know we have the Olympics to watch, we may be spending a lot of time at home, too. Enjoy your time together!
