Well, this update is coming at you WAYYY late! I simply can’t believe it’s already AUGUST! But I’m super glad because it’s my birth month and I’m so excited for it this year! But before I get ahead of myself, here are my July Sentences!
Have you heard of this type of journaling? It’s really easy to do and requires very little commitment! You simply jot down a sentence about your day for a month. And at the end of the month, you have a pretty good snapshot of what your life was like!
So, here is my July in a nutshell:
The kids and I went to read to the animals at the shelter today!
Bought the cutest little desk for my sitting room! I’m going to call it my boho room and I can’t wait to decorate it!
Had coffee, did some laundry, and played bubbles with the kids.
We had family over for the 4th of July!
The kids had a water balloon fight and my daughter was NOT having it!
The kids slept in today! (How come it is that kids get up early all summer long to play, but when it’s school time, they can’t seem to drag themselves out of bed?)
Back to the animal shelter today! My oldest is starting to get bored, so I think he’s going to do some dog walking next week instead.
Today was Mom’s birthday party! I got her a lamp from Reilluminated and she LOVED it!
My daughter got overheated at gym today and had to come home early. Trying to get some fluids in her.
Hubs goes on a week long business trip today! Send coffee!
