So this is coming at you quite late given that it’s already two weeks into June! But my May sentences took a different turn than all the others because we are officially on summer break! Hurrah!
This summer, I am choosing to take a closer look at my health. I have begun walking more, and forcing myself to do activities outside of the house more. I noticed especially strongly once the warm weather hit, that I had let the cooler weather of winter and the fact that we homeschool keep me from taking care of myself.
I had begun the 365 Day Happiness Challenge to no avail, and was struggling to keep up. How is that even possible when everything on the list was so easy and things I’d normally want to do anyway?
So, here are my sentences, which turned into playlists, that have helped get me moving again. The people closest to me have already noticed a positive change in me which I hope to continue all summer.
